Odd experience. The initial interview was purely technical, I gave a high level overview of my experience and did a technical test, which I enjoyed, but the interviewer didn't ask anything in depth about anything in particular. Then a group stage where I was paired with another dev to create a presentation and pitch it to the "company CEO and CTO", there were a few technical questions. Everything seemed ok, feedback from the agent was good. I then had a short meeting to determine fit for a specific project, where they asked questions they should have asked in the initial interview, around leadership experience etc. would have saved hours of my life.
