Aricent came to our college and the placement procedure started with a PPT. It was a great presentation by the 2 HRs who had come. It was then followed by a written round(online). The qualified students had to go through a Critical Form Filling. It had questions like "your toughest decission", "the decission of yours, where you felt proud of yourself" etc. After the form filling, we had to go for GD in a group of 10. GD was not an elimination round. It was then followed by a technical interview. People qualifying in this round were called for HR interview.
