It's a three day process which is unnecessary. On the third day you shadow a current Account Manager for 10+ hours and its unpaid. You also don't get paid for training until you sell a specific amount of phones. Don't waste your time or gas unless you are okay with spending the whole day in the car and walking from business to business trying to sell T-Mobile. Its strictly commission.

BE CAREFUL!!! Company does not offer positions it advertises online. I applied for an Account Management Role, but the management role would is only available to current employees "hopefully after 4-8 months of work and training". Total scam in how they are looking for potential talent. Initial phone interview was HIGHLY scripted, and extremely short. Second interview was face-to-face. This portion of the interview consisted of extremely generic questions, and a lot of time legitimizing the company, which was necessary given the sloppy state of the office. Im not saying this company isn't legitimate, but be aware of what you are signing up for. The other negative reviews on Glassdoor and Google are 100% accurate. To be fair, this is potentially a very good fit for someone. Just not me :).
