I found the job on indeed.com and applied through the bio-techne website. Then I conducted a phone interview with two managers for 40 minutes. I heard back a day or two later, then was on site a week later for 2 hours to interview more with those two managers and two additional managers as well as meeting the CFO briefly.

I got selected to have a 30 minute phone interview with the company. I chose to go forward with the process and I had this interview. They were relatively timely getting back. Process took about three weeks.
