I applied for seasonal and was then called in two weeks later. The interview was pretty basic with simple questions including "tell me about yourself". I was called and offered the job later on that day and I accepted.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.
