You will initially be contacted by HR to come in for an interview. You will complete a psych test and if you pass that you will sit through a general interview session with HR. Since this is a starting/intro position, there isn't much difficult that is asked. Basic Customer Service position questions and employee interaction questions (how you would deal with a difficult coworker, past issues with coworkers, etc).

You will receive a phone interview first. Then you are asked to go in for a typing and personality test. After you pass that, you will fill out some forms for background check and then go through the interview process.
