The hiring process is slow, interviewed with 4 managers in May and didn't receive offer until September due to a merger. Interview process was very comfortable. I had 4 yrs of experience in a support role which they seemed very happy to have as well as a nursing background. Overall the process from submitting my resume to the time of the offer seemed forever approx 9mo.
