Applied online and spoke to a representative on the phone. The virtual interview was scheduled for the next day but the interviewer was a bit different. Got the assumption that the interviewer would be a micromanager not to mention the interviewer complained a bit about the commute. Never heard back from the Acara rep not even a courtesy no thanks. I don't understand why recruiters don't have the decency to follow up regardless of the outcome. Unprofessional!
