The interview process was simple and straightforward without an overabundance of calls, presentations, etc. The TA associate that I worked with did an amazing job and laid out everything for me during the process and what to expect during each interview and provided background prior to those calls as well. Excellent job and I wish more companies helped interviewees navigate the experience plus be hands on like the Absorb team was for me. Plus keeping it to 3 total interviews is so much better than 5 or 6+.

The interview process took a few weeks. I think it would have been shorter, however the hiring manager had a lot of competing priorities. The lead recruiter, Kirsty, did an excellent job of communicating and keeping us all moving in a forward direction.
