I explained that if it was my own web application, I would first perform testing and simulated attacks like SQL Injection to check whether the application’s security is strong or not. To be honest, my answer was simple and basic — more from a fresher’s point of view — but the interviewer appreciated my approach and understanding. I also mentioned that I would learn better security practices while working with an experienced team.
