Hi mate I went through the same process for the helpline worker. I have sent all the paperwork and references completed. Spoke to the recruitment team and they said that the fact you have come that far doesn’t mean you will get the job. I am just curious have I passed the assessment centre? Or reference check is part of the process, regardless whether you have passed the assessment centre or not?
