No Clue of what they do or what they want from an employee - Technical Lead bei Vectone Mobile: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They recruit without a roadmap. Once time comes to pay the salary, they decide to fire. I worked here for only 1 month. Was fired one fine day without any reason. Reason given was that " Technical Decission" Where as I was not even assigned a machine in the tenure I was with the company. They simply do not have any vision. Everything run from UK office. Today they have some high priority activities, the next day morning, all the priorities gets changed. Company grown from calling card business to a Virtual Mobile network provider, but still has the old mentality. Employees are not respected or treated at least decent enough.
