Pros
The people in customer service are amazing. I have never worked with people i have gotten along so well. I really felt like I fit in that very diverse lovely group. It's flexible hours if you can convince them to give it to you. You will have a bit more luck if you can speak a second or third language that they need.
Kontras
Everything else. There is so many wrong things in that company. The customers are challenging to say the least. Language barriers take place in 98% of calls. There is complaints and you have to constantly say no to customers. Even for things any other company would be helpful or lenient. Don't even think about it. They are going to reject the request so it's your job to reject it first. The communications within the company are non existant. HR (and everyone else) ignores customer service so be prepared to fight for rights you should have as an employee in the 21st century. They want you to work 48h a week as full time and to get less it's a fight of people and departments pushing you from person to person. It's draining, the company makes you feel worthless and like you're in a prison and have to do what they say. Like a bird in a cage. Please do not go there. You have to fight and it still makes your life difficult even after you leave. Hopefully things will change but from how it's been...i doubt it.
