Spectrum has been a great job, and its not just my job, its my career. I fully plan on sticking around. I feel that my leadership cares about my success and supports me in and outside of the office, and that has been proven in their actions personally, not just in words. In my experience leadership is flexible yet fair. The benefits are fantastic, and being completely transparent, without them I would not have been able to afford the IVF treatments that enabled my wife and I to start a family. My team, and my leadership foster an environment with high energy and positivity, The communications we receive from our corporate offices, whether by email or in person, I feel they are making decisions to benefit our customers as well as myself as an employee.
