The issue at Coupa is not whether you can contribute, but how much are you willing to contribute. Leadership focuses on what matters not on political mumbo-jumbo which is a great departure from some of the software companies I have worked for in the past. Looking back at my 3 years here I can honestly say that this is a great place to work.

A lot of management changes, people being rewarded for things they don't deserve credit for, can seem like high school with gossip, promotion paths not very clear, management sometimes also plays favorites
