Senior Special Exposures Manager NWUs (f/m/x)

• Review strategies for top workout customers within NWUs, ensuring commercial and legal soundness, including assessing loan loss provisions.
• Enhance country steering for workout portfolios and activities in allocated NWUs, fostering best practice sharing.
• Collaborate on cross-border restructurings and insolvencies, contributing to deal teams.
• Drive innovation in workout processes and structures through digital transformation.
• Gather and manage qualitative workout information driven by stakeholder requests, including management, regulators, and auditors.
• Stay current with regulatory developments impacting NPEs and risk cost management.
• Actively engage in divisional and cross-functional projects aligned with the Strategic Risk Roadmap.

Your core competencies

• Extensive lending experience within Corporate Banking/Structure or Risk/Workout.
• In-depth understanding of problematic debt and equity economics and legal aspects.
• Strong analytical skills, including cash flow modeling and business plan interpretation.
• Familiarity with insolvency, bankruptcy, and banking law concepts.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for high-level engagements.
• Adaptability, quick learning, and a confident, solution-oriented approach, with a strong command of English, German proficiency is a plus.
