Your responsibilities

• Answering and routing all incoming calls
• Reception and visitor management
• Central internal single point of contact
• Organization and communication hub
• Mail handling (incoming and outgoing)
• Issue and management of office supplies
• Managing the general company email address
• General administrative tasks (applicant management, internal address book management, parking permits, catering database management, license plate management, paper bin management, etc.)
• Event support

Your background

• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship or commercial college) or tourism sector - motivated career changers also welcome
• Enjoy interacting with other people
• Very good manners and neat appearance
• Independent and service-oriented working style
• Good PC skills (Office)
• Very good German and English skills
