  • Operate the Meeting Room Booking System and helping clients for booking meeting rooms

  • Schedule meeting room booking where necessary

  • Ensure the meeting rooms are clean and in good order e.g. lighting, air conditioning, equipment setting prior to usage

  • Monitor the meeting rooms usage and producing the monthly usage report

監控會議室使用情況並提交每月使用情況報告

  • Open the entrance doors for clients and visitors

  • Assist visitors in finding their meeting room reserved by clients

  • Support hospitality and orientation support of project personnel and other individuals, especially of new staff and visitors and guests of Client

  • Maintain workplace security by issuing, check and collect badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs

  • Help Client’s staff members to borrow temporary access cards
