We are looking for an Continuous Improvement Professional to strenghten our Quality Assurance team in Ludesch which is part of our Global Operations team.

In this challenging position you play a major part in further developing the continuous improvement processes with our global partners.

Job Description

Active management of the continuous improvement processes including reporting

KPI evaluation of our Copackers, Subcopackers and Suppliers

Identification of improvement possibilites

Check fulfilment of PDCA cycle

Lead of quality task forces and support of internal and external partners

Support of internal and external partners in quality issues

Participate and/or lead cross functional meetings and process improvement teams related to co-packers’ improvement

Qualifications

3+ work experience in the food industry, ideally in QA/QM or related technical fields

Completed studies in food technology/processing, chemistry or comparable

Experience in HACCP und GMP

Knowledge of root cause analysis methods

Knowledge of GFSI and ISO 9001 certification is an advantage

Detail oriented and analytical mindset

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to document data in a clear and precise way

IT user skills

Fluent in English, German is a plus

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.428,14 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
