MISSION

• Manage new equipment installation
• Ensure and manage building & equipment maintenance
• Ensure energy & maintenance monitoring and report to the group

RESPONSIBILITIES

Building and equipment operations

Take in charge building and technical works in the 2 locations:

• Ensure himself diagnostic and repair of installations, in the period he will be the only maintenance professional
• Ensure preventive maintenance and servicing of installations by elaboration and follow-up of maintenance programs : define maintenance policy and planification (including improvement actions)
• Analyze maintenance performance
• Ensure link with internal and external customers in order to organize and plan building operations (utilities, special requests, ...)
• Propose improvement works (maintenance, replacement, new equipment, ...) and elaborateef ad hoc technical specifications in order to select the best partners
• Define and manage spare parts needed, including storage
• Participates to the reception, set up and starting of technical means for the site
• Manage the budget follow-up (energy consumption, waste management,...)
• Ensure technical reporting to the site and Division
• Ensure set up and running of facility tools in order to maintain the building and means
• Organize and manage logistic processes
• Ensure the building regulation follow-up toward concerned authorities (security, safety, fire, environment,...

Management of subcontractors

• Set up specifications for the subcontracted operations and contracts
• In collaboration with Purchasing Department, launch call for tender
• Check the adequation between contract specification and realization

Other Facility Services

• Collect specific needs of Associates and external companies in terms of working environment and propose adequate solutions

REQUIREMENTS

Personal Background

• Engineer of equivalent experience in building and industrial operation, including effective position in the field as maintenance technician
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Facility Manager and maintenance in a technical environment
• German / English

Job technical skills

• General techical background in all fields of operations - Automation, Electricity, Mechanic, Hydraulic, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning
• IT general knowledge / PLC general knowledge (ideally Siemens and TIA portable software)
