We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented and solution-focused professional with a passion for the art world.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by regularly communicating with them and understanding their needs and challenges.
Conceptualize and execute projects with clients and manage project coordination between clients and artists.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and leveraging existing relationships.
Negotiate contracts with clients and monitor competition and trends.
Develop and execute sales action plans while ensuring established deadlines are met.
Several years of experience in Sales or (Key-) Account Management
Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English, additional languages are beneficial
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and online tools
You have excellent presentation and negotiation skills and are a strong relationship builder
Ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities.
You are highly motivated, responsible, and reliable with excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
EU citizenship or a standing work permit for Austria
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
Knowledge of the AR industry and technologies is a plus
You are an art enthusiast and have a passion for combining technology and art to create unique and innovative experiences.

The annual gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement is €37.000,-. Depending on your professional qualifications and experience, an overpayment is possible. In addition to the base salary, performance-based compensation is offered.
