The Global Partnerships team is responsible for the development of long-term, strategic, commercial relationships with premium 3rd party brands that generate additional value for Red Bull and our partner's business.

To ensure further constant growth we are looking for an Key Account Manager that will work within the overall Red Bull partnerships strategy being responsible for prospecting and securing brands/companies from different industry sectors that can positively contribute to the Red Bull brand image, marketing activities and audience reach & engagement.

Job Description

MANAGEMENT OF PRE-SALES PROCESS

In this position you'll build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders. Extract wholistic information about the events and communication from internal stake holders and transform it into compelling partnership offering for prioritized industries in line with Red Bull’s creative spirit.

MANAGEMENT OF AFTER-SALES PROCESS

You'll own the implementation process and client relationship – brief the countries and project owners on the contractual obligations, clarify misunderstandings and ensure perfect and timely delivery (proactively managing issues should they arise). You'll also provide quality reporting for partners based on their KPIs.

COUNTRY PARTNERSHIP SUPPORT

You'll manage recurrent country partnership meetings, ensure aligned route to market, provide strategy input, spot synergies and potential upsell opportunities. Monitoring quality and quantity of local partnerships while providing insights for our Business Planning input process will also be a part of your role.

Qualifications

University Degree

Fluent in English, German and other languages are a plus

Agency account management background or experience would be desired

Can effectively communicate and manage inter departmental and international projects

Creative and dynamic with sound knowledge of Sports, Culture and Brand marketing

Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual

Able to build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and clients

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3430.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
