All Machine Learning (ML) projects using supervised approaches need labeled data. In many situations, data gathered from the real world are unlabeled or the labels are incomplete. Hence, it becomes necessary for experts to manually add labels to this data. Dedicated data labeling tools can speed up this process and facilitate data management for subsequent application of ML algorithms . Label Studio is the labeling tool of our choice. To take model training and data management to the next level, Label Studio should be directly integrated into the ML pipelines. Label Studio integration enables functions such as automatically loading new data from a data base or data lake, storing labeled data and automatically labeling data with a pre-trained ML model . We are looking for a student to join our team to help us fully leverage all these capabilities of Label Studio by integrating it into our ML pipelines.

In your new role you will be responsible for:

• Investigating different Label Studio integration scenarios for semiconductor use cases
• Implementing demonstration pipelines
• Labeling data with Label Studio
• Documenting and communicating r esults

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed Master student from the field of Data Science , Mathematics , Statistics , Computer Science or similar.

You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

• A completed Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge in data preparation and modelling
• Programming skills , e.g. in R, Python, CSS, HTML
• Language skills: fluent in English or German
