LEAD GLOBAL CONSUMER RESEARCH PROJECTS
In this role, you will be responsible for leading global consumer research projects, both quantitative and qualitative, such as product testing, brand image tracking, and ad hoc studies.
DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION
You will also be involved in data analysis and interpretation, covering a wide range of data from brand image to sales data. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing development of the global brand marketing strategy, as well as assisting in global business planning efforts to guide international markets. Your expertise will also be utilized in supporting global strategic topics.
Bachelors degree in relevant area (Business, Economics, Statistics, Market Research) – Master’s degree preferred
English fluent – German is a plus
1-2+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably with market research with a strategic focus
Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative studies
Ability to draw insights from complex data sources, understand patterns and translate to adequate marketing strategies
Affinity for numbers and thoroughness are essential
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Solution-oriented and a strategic and analytical mindset
Experience in using commercial statistical software packages, e.g. R/Python or SPSS is a plus but not required
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
