Together with the local and global IT team, you will drive the further development of existing applications and the preparation for S/4 HANA throughout the company.

You will be the interface to several specialists, mainly from the IT and HR department (virtually and personally: we offer flexible home office!).

You will think outside the box and work closely with the internal business analyst team and translate business requirements into a functional design.

We are a company with a wide range of production and with the full innovation lifecycle onsite: from R&D over industrialization and mechanical manufacturing as well as fully automated assembly.

Innovation: no matter if new products (e.g. electric motors) or the processes and tools that lead to it!

Your experience s and skills

Completed studies (FH, university) in the fields of information technology or applied computer science

At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable IT role and industry

Very good SAP knowledge (mainly HCM module and ABAP programming) as well as basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and system architecture

Experience with ESS Fiori and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage

English language skills (German knowledge is an advantage)

Problem-solving team player with a high level of personal responsibility, commitment and analytical thinking

We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits . The minimum salary for this position is € 53.068,12 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
