WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

At Journi we’re building an app that allows customers to create beautiful photo books and other print products without effort. Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst eager to drive informed decision-making for creating an exceptional product and loves being part of a motivated team of internationals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Use your skills to turn raw data into clear insights that help us make important decisions in areas like marketing and product development.

• Create clear, easy-to-understand visuals from complex data that help the whole team get the picture.

• Keep our data warehouse running smoothly, ensuring our data is correctly integrated, validated and of good quality.

• Collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and support teams.

• Be open to give and receive feedback - we're all about learning and growing together.

• Bring your own special expertise to our Journi team. We can't wait to learn from you!

YOUR BAG OF TRICKS

• At least 3 years' experience working in roles such as a data scientist, analyst or engineer.

• You're great with Python and SQL, and you know your way around database queries.

• You've got experience with data modeling and understand the pros and cons of different ways of doing it.

• You've dealt with data warehouse management and ensuring data quality.

• You're naturally curious and love to dig deeper to find patterns, problems or opportunities in the data.

• You’re working efficiently, good at prioritizing workloads, and meeting critical project deadlines

NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED!)

• Experience with reporting and visualization tools: Tableau, Amplitude

• Experience with data warehousing using AWS Redshift

• Experience with ETL tools: Luigi, Apache PySpark

• A fair annual gross salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement, starting at 54,000 EUR (multiplied by 14 months per year). Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications amongst other factors.
