Robotics Process Automation (RPA) is one of the most exciting (and hi-profile) aspects of business process management. As Business Analyst you will collaborate with Business teams across our worldwide organization to identify automation potential and pursue end-to-end process optimization and process re-design. As part of the cross-functional RPA Team, you will act as a bridge between business process owners and IT RPA developers for automation projects. Furthermore, you will play a key role in further global process optimization initiatives.
PROCESS DESIGN, IMPROVEMENT, DOCUMENTATION AND TESTING
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Assess automation feasibility, prepare business case (ROI evaluation) and align project plans together with relevant stakeholders
Follow up on milestones and standard documentation along the project life cycle
Identify and raise bottlenecks or road blockers
COMMUNICATION
Set the right priorities and actively integrate all identified stakeholders
Proactively communicate project status to all interested and affected counterparts
REPORTING
Contribute to design and set-up of project KPIs e.g. troughput, cost-benefit ratio, illustration
Constant monitoring of running automations
Relevant experience in finance or operations with a focus on Automation, IT, Data Science Process Improvement or Requirement Engineering
English (Must Have), German is an advantage
General and integrated understanding of finance and / or operation processes
Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Technical understanding and enthusiasm in digital trends and innovations
Team player, organizational talent, self-responsibility
Ability to flexibly adapt to changing business requirements
Familiarity with major RPA Tools (e.g. UiPath); SAP ERP and programming knowledge is an advantage but not essential
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.208,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
