To facilitate continued growth, we are expanding the Business Intelligence/ Analytics Area in our Global Sales Application Team and are looking for an ambitious Project Manager. This area runs reporting, planning, and self-service analytics projects in the sales context (sales execution standards /store audits, volume generation, order growth, market share, competitors, and 360 degree customer analysis).
In this role, you’ll lead challenging projects and act as the point of contact for the sales business departments, manage relationships with stakeholders, coordinate a team of external consultants, and take responsibility for the IT project budget. Working with the latest technologies like BW4HANA, S/4 HANA, and SAP Data Intelligence, the latest BI front-end tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud are a part of your job.
Manage new service implementations and rollouts to Red Bull markets
Manage Project scope, budget, quality and time as well as coordinate (external) resources/implementation teams
Lead and deliver projects based on RB project management standards and principles (Discuss business requirements, Define work packages and project plans, etc.)
Stakeholder-, risk- and test management
Work closely with external software vendors and internal teams such as architects, platform owners, etc.
Design global sales reporting and planning applications based on Business requirements
Oversee the translation of business requirements into the technical solution, from design till go-live
Create solutions based on best-in-class technologies with a high degree of integration
Drive solution roadmaps to the company’s benefit and in alignment to the global IT strategy
HQ SALES DEPARTMENT & MARKETS
Develop and manage relationships
Drive requirements engineering within HQ sales departments and sales markets
Plan and manage the effective allocation of budget resources to specific market requirements
Ensure compliance with company data integration, sales controlling, DQM departments and standards
Understand, challenge, and translate business processes into requirements, ensuring the solution architecture and implementation concepts are fit for purpose
Support and advise the business in order to generate the highest value within the sales application’s portfolio for the organization
Drive ongoing enhancements and improvements to Red Bull’s sales applications
University Degree in Computer Science / Business Administration or equal practical experience
Very good English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory. German skills are beneficial
More than 6 years of experience in the Business Intelligence area, preferably within FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) environment
Knowledge of SAP BW on HANA or BW4HANA is essential
Focus on Sales dataset and reporting as well as Sales process knowledge is an advantage
Experience in managing large projects
Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions
Pro-active and customer-oriented mindset
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Self-motivated team player, excellent communication skills, performance and results-oriented
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
