We are looking for Audit Associates who are recent accounting graduates, and auditors with up to three (3) years' public accounting experience at a CPA firm. Experience with nonprofit audits a plus. The ideal candidate is a skilled, articulate, and passionate professional with excellent communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities and qualifications would include:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain foundational knowledge of U.S. GAAP & GAAS.
• Assist with audit detail testing in support of a quality audit process.
• Conduct internal controls testing and documentation.
• Learn, understand and utilize firm's audit methodology and software.
• Participate in client interactions and develop strong relationships.
• Identify and communicate potential audit findings and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Seniors and Managers to ensure timely client service.
• Produce well-structured and effective audit documentation.

Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
• Recent graduate or up to 3 years’ auditing experience with a CPA firm.
• CPA license or meets eligibility requirements to sit for CPA exam.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and on a team.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
