Role purpose:

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for hands on support to locations. This role is to work based on global standards and a large component of this role is ensuring those standards are maintained wherever appropriate, client support should be referred to the global help desk rather than managed locally.

Local infrastructure support is to maintain and support the local network and to be responsible for local hardware (servers and switches) compliance to global standards, maintenance, renewal and operations. Contribute to plant specific Programs.

Responsibilities:

Resolution of Client issues
Work with global helpdesk to resolve infrastructure issues
Administer local infrastructure components
Ensure compliance to standards and security policies
Participate in IT change activities/projects

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in IT
ITIL Certification preferred
Knowledge from IT operations
Detailed understanding of MS Clients& Server Technologies, LAN network and HW
Fluent in German and English is preferred
