Benefits are good and as per market standards
Very generous PTO, far above average, with a strong matching 401k rate. Health insurance coverage is also very good. Most importantly, the flexibility for working remotely is outstanding
Benefits are generally good but have gotten a bit worse (more expensive on both the premium and the co-pay sides).
Abundant PTO, extended benefits fund, and great health insurance
Overall Avanade has solid benefits. Their Maternity/Paternity leave policy and the Flexible Work Program are great. The Health Care Offerings are good, but expensive if you have more than one child.
You are granted a certain amount to purchase and expense things to improve your work life balance or personal needs such as a new computer, gym membership, or travel. This amount is $500 for junior resources, and quickly jumps to the max amount of $2000 per year.
Dental plan is a very generic
They really encourage learning and attaining certifications
Extended Benefits are a nice bonus, but healthcare coverage isn't great. No sick leave, we have to use PTO.
