I sent in my application and was then asked to complete an assessment test tailored to the subject I was applying for. It was a 3.5h test. I was asked to research a person for another company to identify potential risks associated with working with the person in question. If language knowledge is required, they will assess that as well through how well you can use sources in that language. After receiving feedback on this, I was asked to partake in a telephone interview.
