We are interested in knowing what the candidate’s expectations are. For example it could be very important for him to have very regular feedback; to work with this type of tools; to have enough freedom and be autonomous, etc. It is important for us in order to be sure we can be the employer that will fit this candidate. Also it helps us know what will be an incentive for the candidate or a drawback. It is always important for us to know what the candidate understood of the position and what we should clarify if necessary.
We are interested in knowing how our candidates picture their future; should it be personal or professional. We want to know if our candidates picture themselves for a long or short-term period with us and what is important for them in the future. For example: develop on x field; learn x; ... We encourage our employees to develop personally and learn new skills. It is even better if we are on their side and able to provide them keys for development.
