Overall the interview process is ok. it took 2 months for recruiter to come back with a decision which seem odd, I would appreciate more updates if they are still going through with other candidates. The tech screen and onsite portion pretty standard. But I wish the recruiter could have been more knowledgeable about the role and the essence of the interview to help prep candidates. Overall, this is an ok process, not on par with other bigger tech company I've experience like FANG, spotify, and make sure you have 3-6 months lead time.
