Meisterlabs: Bewerbungsprozess und Vorstellungsgespräch

The hiring process for this position consisted of a call with HR followed by a design challenge, without any opportunity for a portfolio review or even a call with the design leader. This approach felt impersonal and ultimately ended up being a waste of time.

2 months of interviews, pretty disorganized, they kept adding new steps and were not transparent about process or timelines. They were nice but seemed pretty indecisive about the whole process

Efficient, friendly and very comfortable. The recruiter really knew the challenges of the role and the people involved. Really shows engagement with the needs of the team. Very impressive and the technical questions were good ones too.

Three independent interviews in a comfy setting. From a general chat and get to know each other, to a technical interview and final "how well can we work together" conversation. All communication was fair, respectful and highly professional.

I had the following steps in my process: -Interview with CTO -Interview with CFO -Written case study -Interview with BI Lead -Visit to Vienna offices and day of interviews with Founders, General Counsel, VP Eng. & Principal Engineer, VP of People and Culture, panel session with Data team

Replied to a job advert on a board dedicated to remote work: send a resume with a cover letter. A few days after, I had a conversation with someone from the talent acquisition department asking me about my salary pretensions: I've appreciated it because some companies tell candidates what they can expect half-way through the process or at the end. After agreeing the bracket was fine for me, I had an interview with the same person in order to find out my motivations and if I could be a good fit for the team, then an other technical interview with the same person and the technical manager. Last interview was with team members.

Interview process was smooth and fast. The entire process from reaching out to the offer took 3 weeks. All interviews including assignment rounds were informed in advance and conducted without delays with sufficient time for preparation.

I have a great experience with the interview process. All the steps have been described to me carefully and therefore I knew what to expect. All the people that I encountered where friendly and open. Furthermore, although I got a rejection, a real clear and detailed feedback was provided to me. I really appreciated that.

1st Interview: HR Team Consisted of a 30min interview with elementary questions to get to know me and my motivations to join Meister. 2nd Interview: HR Team + Sales Director Consisted of a 1 hour interview with personal questions as well as technical questions relating to my past roles. Afterwards we did a sales role play. 3rd Interview: Sales Director + CCO Consisted of a 30min interview with personal questions about my motivations to work in Sales and join the company, and hypothetical questions as to what I would do in my future role. 4th Interview: Meet the Team Consisted of a casual 30 minute conversation to get to know my future team! Overall great experience, very transparent and consistent interview process.

My interview process consisted of 4 separate interviews: 1st Interview - Interview with HR 2nd Interview - Interview with HR & Hiring Manager 3rd Interview - Case Study with Hiring Manager 4th Interview - Interview with Hiring Manager & CCO Overall my interview experience was very positive. Throughout the entire recruitment process the Meister team was very friendly and professional. Expectations regarding the role and salary were set clear from the very beginning. The team was also very approachable and available whenever I reached out to them via e-mail.
