Easy going, basic behavioral questions. It was virtual due to Covid but was a very positive experience. Total interview time was roughly thirty minutes of questions and then went over day in the life scenario.

Interview was fairly easy. Mostly consisted of basic questions and also questions on handling hypothetical situations in the work environment. The hiring process took about two weeks. Everything was thorough. They will take notes on your answers.

Easy flow of conversation which a few questions to ensure you always put the customer first. Mention read the cart to find out what other items they might need. Trust me.

There was an initial phone screen interview with Human Resources and then two rounds of face to face interviews at the office in Mooresville, North Carolina. The process took approximately a month to 6 weeks.

Walk in ask for the staffing associate. Don't be shy, Girl waiting for 20 minutes standing in line, I just walked up to an associate and they took me to the one doing interviews. Normal round of questions and poof i got an offer. Swab after that like you'd guess. I was told it's a 30% pass rate.

It was a simple interview. It was not too long. They ask you Situational questions. What would you do in a certain situation. If interview goes well, you are drug tested same day.

It was Smooth and somewhat simple. I don’t remember being asked anything too difficult or complicated. I enjoyed it more than other interviews I’ve had. It was very quick and painless.

Very basic, two telephone calls. One for screening with your average interview questions, another for availability and work standards. The interview questions can be found on google, and they asked about 10 which were all on google except for one.

It was really quick and over the phone. They asked me generic questions and I pretty much got the job on the spot. After they asked me all of their questions, they schedule a time for me to come in and take a drug test, then I got to go in and train before working.

I had a phone interview at first then was asked for an in person interview the same day.. When I went in there they gave me a copy of the role to read over. I was asked if I had any questions within the role I had 2 new ones. Everything else was explained over the phone interview. He had a worksheet of questions about how I handled prior situations in my jobs. I asked a couple more questions at the end. He said he'd reach out to me next week and that was it.
