Phone interview, nothing crazy, no specific questions, more of a get to know you type interview. Just wasn't really meant to be. Nothing else there is to say really. They were very friendly.

Standard interview process . Asks about strengths and weaknesses. Super kind interviewer. Really interesting company but very competitive about getting you away from other big four firms. I did enjoy going through the process.

Multi-level interview with manager and then partner. Series of interviews over a time period, including interview with Sr. Manager, recruiter, and HR to receive an externship offer. During externship, continued interview and interactive sessions with managers and partners, ultimately leading to an internship offer. Full time offer given after successful completion of internship program.

I applied through Handshake, they got back to me within a week for a screen interview. Before the actual interview, you will have a meeting called coffee with a mentor with one of their employees, that person will answer your questions and make sure you are well prepared for the interview. Then during the actual interview, there are two people will interview you, one of them is a KPMG partner and the other one is a project manager.

The process was one hour one on one with a recruiter. It was a great process, the recruiter was interested and engaged. Great experience, set me up for other interviews which eventually helped me land in my current role with another company.
