ITSP Services: Bewerbungsprozess und Vorstellungsgespräch

I sent them my CV and they contacted me by email and we scheduled an interview next week in Skype. (Skype in 2023?) 8 days passed, I came into Skype meeting and... nothing. Nobody came. Okay, I wrote to them, HR comeback, rescheduled new interview also 1 week later. ... 2 weeks for a first interview. And when this interview happened, it was basic boring questions from 2 girls, which seemed to not have any experience at HR job at all. And 1 week later I got rejected.

Two part interview. First general talk. Other one is a test. Test has Skype questions for reference. There is a grammar test and fast typing test. Its really long process that can take more then a month. They sent me email after that that I'm not suitable for position. However I have experience in this field for more then 5 years. I sent them email for reasons but never got reply. Their English is very questionable.

There was an initial 1-hour video interview with the department heads, where they asked about past experiences and theoretical questions about the field (data science, machine learning). They were nice, and I got invited for a personal trial day 3 weeks later. They explained what I would be working on, and I had to complete a task in about 2-3 hours at the end. It went well, but in the end I was not selected. The company is in the gambling industry, they run online casinos and sports betting sites, which they are quite secretive about, but they told me straight up during the first interview.

I got invited to an interview and God only knows who they were looking for, so they rejected me. I even did the German speaking part but apparently, I didn't match their needs. Also, the lady leading the meeting wasn't so much professional. She might have done her job as her male colleague, but nothing as serious. I was ready to move from the place I currently live, but again some Divine Creature led her to believe otherwise. Inappropriate behaviour, if not even rude.

First interview went well, second one was just terrible which is something like a test day, no clear guidelines, you don’t know how much time you have for each task...overall I got negative feedback although I heave no idea what went wrong. Employees are very rude to the customers although they should provide the best possible service.

HR sets up a 1st interview on Skype with 2 supervisors from the Customer Service department. Not very kind or friendly. One of them had an average English level and a very strong accent which make her hard to understand speaking far from the microphone in a room with a strong echo. She sounded very rude when asked to rephrase one of her vague questions. Be ready to answer the same question in different ways. Bring questions to the table.
