Relatively good work-life balance, nice colleagues
Rude culture. Lack of transparency, non-professional and self-willed decisions by management dictated by their personal insecurities plus the desire to get promoted within Danaher rather than... doing development and engaging in teamwork. Very few, if any, opportunities for software development, and a weak customer focus overall, resulting in products loosing competition and company loosing markets. To the large extent it is a result of the management neglecting customer team representatives such as field application scientists and product teams.
