   Ich habe mich über einen Personalvermittler beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 2 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Okt. 2022 bei Uber (Phoenix, AZ)

   Uber reached out to me on LinkedIn about this job. I explained that I do not have the years of experience required but they assured me I should apply anyway. A presentation was required which I submitted and I was moved to the next step in the interview process. The interviewer was late and distracted. They cut me off numerous times and cut the interview short. They asked me present on anything I wanted which I did. I was told at the end of this unprofessional interview they couldn’t tell me when they would get back to me with a decision. Basically, my impression is they needed to interview a few people to justify choosing the person they already had in mind. This was unprofessional, rude and showed a complete lack of respect for me and my time. They don’t live their values like Great minds don't think alike and Do the right thing. At least not in the department I interviewed to join.
