The recruitment process is highly complex and lenghty. I applied for this position 3 months ago. I received the e-mail to schedule the interview more than 1 month after applying, this is more like a screening call with HR. They ask you to introduce yourself in English, and they tell you more about the job.
I passed this phase and got an interview with the Hiring Manager - 1 month after the 1st one. They ask very specific questions and scenario type. It is very directed at people who are already working in that field and have a more solid urderstanding of it.
As a positive note, everyone I encountered was very nice and approachable.
