Applied through LinkedIn and got an email from HR to schedule a interview. When the interview date came up she did'nt show up and did not call. I rescheduled the interview and she didn't even call then.
I have 5 years of experience and never experienced this kind of behaviour from the HR. Usually a HR represents the company in any interview process and by this we can understand how they value a employee and their time.
There is a minimum curtsy to email why she did not join the call or reply to emails. Sick of Uber, would not apply to this company again...!!!
