Ich habe in Vollzeit bei PwC gearbeitet (Über 3 Jahre)
Decent salary and great ppl around
High pressure on dayily operations
Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 4 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert bei PwC (New York, NY (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)).
Comparative to interviews that of my peers' with Deloitte, PWC's was definitely harder. The first interviewer had a set of 5-6 questions from HR they had to ask to compare with other interviewees. They're all behavioral, but pretty different from the tell me a time when you show leadership. I say there were sometimes a 15-30 seconds where I stay in silence thinking of the answers.
The second person had a set of 3 questions. Which were a little easier.
I think what got me through were my ability to connect with the interviewers and make small talks. I also asked them questions about ESG &cryptocurrency in relations to tax so I think that stood out to them.
Overall, I really enjoyed the process to get to know more about PWC and the conversations I had.
Their interviews were a bit difficult, but I'm glad I got through. The professionals at PWC were so nice, genuine and knowledgeable that I'm very excited to have the opportunity to work with them.
The partner that interviewed me called within 5 hours after to tell me I got the position.
Ps. The questions below may not be 100% accurate since it was such a quick process that I was focusing on answering the questions and sorry of forgot the exact ask.
