   Ich habe mich über einen Personalvermittler beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 3 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert bei Goldman Sachs (Draper, UT)

   3 interviews. Not one interviewer in the 1st or 2nd round wanted to be there as it showed in their lack of energy or attentiveness. 3rd interviewer was the Team Lead Manfred and was the only highlight of my experience. Sadly, no one had read my resumé before conducting the interview which shows lack of integrity within management. Each interviewer thought I was seeking them out when their recruiter headhunted me online. Being sought after changes the interview questions... or it should. Major red flag. Each interviewing group was blissfully unaware that I was interviewing them as much as they were interviewing me. Generic questions. Little to no engagement except for 3rd interviewer. Everything was scripted. For wanting someone customer focused the Marcus project demonstrated disinterest in their potential candidate. Felt very unwelcome there. I'm not frustrated I wasn't offered. I'm frustrated I was let down in what I thought was going to be a great afternoon of interviews with a team that wanted to be there.
