Ich habe als befristeter Mitarbeiter bei AstraZeneca gearbeitet (Über 8 Jahre)
Benefits and possibly pay although I question that now as they are re-evaluating their pay bands and moving technical roles down the ladder. Recent changes to their bonus structure are laughable as they don't vest for several years and most employees don't have a chance of making surviving long enough to collect.
2 year re-org cycle, by the time a group comes together and begins to make a difference, they re-org. The result is poorly defined roles as those that survived the last purge try to fill in for their old role while learning a new one. Training is non-existent, on-boarding is a laptop and 300 SOPs. Major push toward China manufacturing means the company is actively trying to close all US manufacturing sites. This is a bully culture where the loudest gets their way. They say follow the science but they routinely fail to take their own advice. They won't invest in you, they won't train you, they won't mentor you. They will suck you dry and discard you in favor of short term profit. I wasted 20 years working for them so take my advice you can do better!

Your culture is predatory and sick. Start treating people with respect and they will respond. Stop pushing people in their prime out the door - reward their years of service with investment in them.
