   The interview process was 2 rounds questions were fine and specific to the resume .Since this was a remote position it was on video . In the 2 rounds only one person had the courtesy to switch on their video too . I would not recommend anyone looking for a H1b /I140 transfer to choose them as they have a 6 months time frame to confirm on anything with initiating PERM for your role and will put it in the offer letter.Everyone on a work permit gets how important time is on this .They called me after one month of the first round . The HR who called me to negotiate on the 6 months discussion was very unprofessional and it was quoting their policy for PERM processing rather than a discussion . It’s like any service based company .
