    Amazing international team. I had the opportunity to work with some of the most creative people I've ever met from all around the world.

    The company structure could be more flexible.
    Almost impossible to get a pay raise.
    No remote work.
    HR priority is to hire, not making people stay.

    Pros

    - They really master the Kanban methodology so, pressure and stress is rare
    - They have some good product owners that really try to make the product better
    - Beautiful instalations
    - They are transparent in all the processes

    Kontras

    - Tech stack is outdated and try to update it is not a priority, this causes a lot of developers to feel stagnant and unmotivated.
    - Developer culture is hostile for newcomers.
    - Code reviews are very confusing, standards live in a small group of developers heads and not in the documentation.
    - Little attention to personal growth
    - Resistance to change

    Put more attention to the tech side of the company, every developer wants to work for a company known for its innovation, It will be hard in a short term to hire new talent if there's no innovation happening, you need to fight the resistance to change mentality and start creating awesome things again.

    Pros

    Lots of toxic people is employed and thus contained there, I guess.

    Also, to be fair, the pay is decent, the office location is centric and it's a well known company.

    Kontras

    The company culture is not only unbelievably toxic but actually abusive towards some people as there's literal harrassing, which I've experienced and seen, as well as a lot of casual racism and sexism, which managers take part in.

    Typical lunch conversation consists of badmouthing someone that isn't there, and there's drama about the silliest things. Management tried to give us a platform to anonymously add suggestions and complaints but it had to be taken down because people would use it to insult and harrass other employees. Somehow they are still convinced the people is great and the ones that aren't happy are the problem, which is how they tricked me into joining.

    The tech is very bad with lots of shortcuts and the workflow is hilariously counter productive. Which makes sense as the aforementioned problem obviously encourages getting things done fast and discourages speaking your mind about things that could be done better.

    Hours long queues to go to the bathroom.

    Get rid of the toxic culture and it could be a decent company.
