    Pros

    Good friendly mixed culture. Relaxed working environment. Managers trust you to do your job and never bother you only for your monthly 1 to 1 which is very cordial and assist you as much they can. I can honestly say I've never worked in a more relaxed environment.

    Kontras

    Holidays are available but you might not get what you want off, unless you book early, although my manager always got me the time i requested off. Hours can vary. My earliest start would be 7 which I like. My latest finish would be 7pm. You will be required to work one in 3 weekend which isn't really a big con because its even more relaxed.

    Pros

    Great team environment, people focused, ability to express yourself, progression within 12 months is common. Quirky. A lot of financial incentives at agent level. Health insurance. Onsite Gym.

    Kontras

    Shift patterns can be challenging however the markets require these shifts. No financial incentives at management level. Agent's earn almost the same salary with their bonuses and incentives.

    OK if you need a job

    Micromanagement is really high.
    Bonuses are not granted based on subjective opinions.
    It feels like you are just a number to them.

    Stop treating people like they are just a number, And stop with the manager double standard where your managers are ok to be late and not get fired but if an Agent is late more then 3 times they threaten the agents job.

    Pros

    The culture is nice, it has an inclusive feel in the office which is always good so as to establish a nice and vibrant atmosphere.

    Kontras

    You are paid less as it's an outsourcing company and you are not hired directly by the employer.
    The benefits are bad, and for the benefits that they do have, it's actually difficult to be eligible for this.
    Certain roles are unnecessarily quite stressful (such as everything you do is timed, or customers can be demeaning and insulting all day for call agents with no action taken by the company) and there's nothing that management do to combat this, even after I voiced this concern for employees.

    Great international environment where lots of new friendships are about to start, supportive teams and managers, friendly work ethic

    Varies of shift not allowing you to have permanent hobbies or regular education outside of work, Very low salary and poor employee packages

    Pros

    -Great people, they hire a culture fit, which makes the people you work with interesting and relatively easy to work with.

    - Free coffee! Not the best brewed, but it's free, who can complain.

    - Relaxed environment, no strict dress code (casual).

    - Good pay for the entry level tasks.

    Kontras

    - They haven't found a great way to manage people yet. They hire too quickly and while you meet great people, some of them clearly are not able to do the job. There is a lot of turnover.

    - It's a lot of information to take in, and the metrics are often discouraging because it takes so long to remember all the information you need to be relaying.

    - Pay isn't competitive for higher level roles.

    - Because the management wasn't putting positive spins on everything, just announcing bad news in a positive tone of voice, there were a lot of negative opinions that spread around the floor.

    I think it would be constructive to present news from the client's differently. It's better for morale if you're more transparent.

    Great atmosphere as colleagues are very friendly, supportive and respectful. Promotion opportunities after a short while. Good company to start with.

    Kontras

    Constantly change of working hours and days with a huge impact on the well-being of employees. Sometimes the schedule is not even updated one week in advance. There are a lot of people who, on a daily basis, work very hard for the company but there is no real recognition for them. Huge lack of proper management and communication within the company.

    Pros

    I worked at the mahon campus 1 building in Cork:
    - Canteen is great and the price is very affordable.
    - Overall great spaces with a lot of colors and energy.
    - You can find, like in any other job, great colleagues.
    - Gives you a good experience related to customer support.

    Kontras

    - Promotions are not based on how good you are, but you know and who you are friends with.
    - Recruitment is very low quality. Too many colleagues with not enough skills to do a proper job or to be a respectful colleague. A significant number of bad apples inside the company.
     - Managers are really just controllers. They control the numbers, but there are almost no real managers in there, and barely real leaders.

    Stop leading by your position and lead by example.
    Work on the culture, a lot!
    Fix your hiring process. You are hiring people with bad attitude and not enough skills to do a proper job. You are just filling seats, and that will have negative impacts.
    Promote on merits, not on if that person is your friend. Talented people are constantly leaving you guys because you don't promote them, because you are affraid they will grow too fast and take other's positions.
