    International team of colleagues who also chose to work for TSP since they wanted to live in Bcn.

    Low quality of recruitment skillset among very junior people, not trained properly. Lowest ethical standards I have seen, hiring people when more projects and firing from one day to another when less projects. Connections help to get promoted, big egos and chasing money is what matters. Half of the staff are interns or close to interns.

    The human aspect is missing, both as to treating employees and candidates in the process. Plan your human resources wisely ahead of time and either hire experienced ppl or provide much better training to interns. Offer fair salary!

    219/5000 Very low salaries, a lot of pressure, very junior managers without respect for the workers. There is no medium-term strategy, everything changes day by day and the directors do not understand this business They don't take care of their workers

    You get to learn a lot and handle situations you won't handle until way later in some other companies I had the luck of having amazing co-workers

    You're thrown to danger right after your first month, objectives are complicated, you deal with a lot of workloads, management is terrible, the payment is way lower than the media in the sector

    - You can work with final clients (some of them are really good) - Co-workers - Working there open your doors to new opportunities

    - I think that the big problem with that company is that it once was a great company to work because it had great people there which make a lot of money and create excelent teams. This people had a lot of pression to keep doing even more money and they left. Now the company is understanding the true nature of the bosses and sadly, it's not what it was anymore (that's why I left). - They ask you to make 8k/15k for... month and they pay you 16,5k for year. The surrealistic part is that they act as if they were doing you a favour. - ANYONE with responsabilities there has ANY idea of what are they doing. They have had a lot of talented people in their teams and they just let them go without moving a finger for them. Sometimes this situations are surrealistic. This is the main problem of this company. - All the"good" things that they do are ideas from people that has left the company and they are not appying it correctly, which makes sense. - Working hours are bad: from 8:30 to 18:30. Their concept of flexible working hours is unreal. If you arrive at 8:35 you have to leave at 7:00. - They fire people who work hard while they tell you that they will never do that. - They want you to make A LOT of money without investing any single euro.

    If you want Talent, which makes a lot of sense, you should want to retain that talent. This makes even more sense. Being big it's not about earning a lot a paying nothing. Everyone could be a master businessman with that attitude, even a little kid. The truth is that you need people to trust in you and that they feel valued to create a big company
