    Pros

    Where to even start. Staff are not very welcoming when you first start (even though they promote “team work”). Work is VERY repetitive and leaves everyone unmotivated. New people are treated like trash, it’s honestly like being in school. A few employees think they’re better than others (no idea why, we’re all paid the same). Some employees are best buds with managers so when you report them nothing happens. Management is an absolute shambles. They make you work a job that requires 2 people because they want to go home early. There’s too much favouritism. There’s absolutely no team work (only with people who are friends). Managers are allowed to change your shifts with only a few days notice but you are not allowed to alter the Rota which is made weekly. Managers and some employees are just plain rude, they don’t know how to talk to people with respect. Managers are never on the shop floor but always complain that customers service is not good enough. Managers speak Spanish to everyone which is annoying and there’s absolutely no diversity, no people of colour or men working in stores but they make you sit through a presentation about diversity (where is it?) If you don’t look a certain way or speak Spanish don’t even bother. Going into work was uncomfortable for the most part. they don’t train people well and it’s always busy and it’s super stressful.
    Honestly the worst job I’ve had (and I’ve worked for this company twice) Only apply if you’re desperate and like repetitive work.

    Absolutely disgusted by the current manager and assistant manager of Stradivarius Groningen.
    Got fired today because a week ago, together with more colleagues we filed a complained at HR. Although I asked for feedback several times, today there was no explanation of what I was doing wrong with my job nor examples.

    If you have your own brain, you will get fired from Stradivarius Groningen. Worst working experience ever.

    Can get crowded at times and was required to travel to their other branch after arriving for work on one day.

    Nice colleagues very welcoming. That's it's really. It's just another retail job. International staff mix of nationalities. But all in all just a basic retail job

    Long Hours and low salary! They don't pay extra hours
    If you leave on time they don't appreciate, they just stay at work late to impress the management
    If you are not coming from the Store you will never adapt to the company's culture
    If you are willing to relocate to spain this is not the place to be as the culture is so tough for people coming from outside
    The company is located so far from barcelona, so with the long hours you will never enjoy the city you work basically from 8 to 8.
    Feedback is not one of the best things they do, they avoid confrontation at all costs and talk behind your back.
    Sometimes they speak only in catalan!
    If you don't speak spanish its really bad for you because the job is in spanish and all the meetings are in spanish.
